Capabilities

Methods, named

No black boxes. Each capability lists the methods behind it. Items marked in development are not offered as finished work yet.

Structural design from a spec

Topology optimization inside your design space: hard points kept, keep-out volumes respected, every load case checked. Delivered as CAD/STL plus a load-case and stress report.

  • SIMP (solid isotropic material with penalization)
  • optimality-criteria updates
  • sensitivity and density filtering
  • p-norm min-max compliance across load cases
  • von Mises stress check against the endurance limit

Purpose-built embedded hardware

Microcontroller boards, displays, sensor and data-logging units, and the enclosures around them. Schematic, netlist and BOM generated from one design graph and electrically rule-checked.

  • typed design graph
  • KiCad schematic + netlist with electrical rule check (ERC)
  • SPICE, SysML v2, SCXML state machines
  • BOM and block diagrams from the same source

Verification you can rerun

Finite element analysis per load case, electrical rule checks, fit checks and a written test plan. You get the inputs, so you can check our work.

  • linear elasticity, plane-stress elements
  • 3D hexahedral elements with a preconditioned conjugate gradient solver
  • netlist-to-graph match, net for net
  • fit and keep-out checks

3D hexahedral solves are in development.

Motion and control In development

For robotic and vehicle systems: the models and estimators that sit between the sensors and the actuators.

  • state-space control
  • Kalman filtering
  • model predictive control
  • motion planning (A*, RRT*)
  • SLAM

What you get back

  • CAD and STL, interpreted from the optimized layout
  • a load-case table and stress report (simulation)
  • the spec file and solver inputs, to rerun or audit
  • for electronics: schematic, netlist, BOM, block diagrams
  • a test plan for the first physical part

Not yet

  • medical or defense programs
  • published 3D results (3D hexahedral solves are in development)
  • physical performance claims before a part is tested

Send us a spec.

Envelope, mounting points, keep-outs, material and the loads it has to survive. A sketch and a few numbers are enough to start. We reply with what we can solve, what we need, and a first scope.
