Live in your browser: SIMP topology optimization (p = 3) on a 60 × 30 plane-stress mesh, finite element solve by preconditioned conjugate gradients, density filter, optimality-criteria updates. Blue is material, red is a keep-out you drew, yellow arrows are loads, white dots are supports. A teaching-scale demo, not a client part.

Generative structural design

Loads, hard points and free space in. Optimized structure out.

We turn your envelope, mounting points and load cases into a finite-element-checked part and the electronics that go in it, from spec to prototype.

Send us a specSee the upright study (simulation)

Results shown are simulation unless marked otherwise. The panel on the left is a real solve running on your device right now. Draw a keep-out and press Solve.

Spec → structure

You define the space. The solver finds the part.

01 · SPEC

Envelope, hard points, keep-outs

Plus material, process and every load case. A plain file you own.

02 · SOLVE

SIMP inside your design space

Finite element analysis per load case; optimality-criteria updates move material to the load paths; density filtering sets a buildable member size.

03 · STRUCTURE

Geometry and the evidence

CAD/STL, a load-case and stress report, and the solver files so you can rerun it.

Bump only. Efficient for one load, weak when the load turns.

All three cases, same mass. p-norm min-max compliance. Simulation

Beyond structure

The electronics that go in it

Structural design from a spec

Topology optimization inside your design space: hard points kept, keep-out volumes respected, every load case checked. Delivered as CAD/STL plus a load-case and stress report.

Purpose-built embedded hardware

Microcontroller boards, displays, sensor and data-logging units, and the enclosures around them. Schematic, netlist and BOM generated from one design graph and electrically rule-checked.

Verification you can rerun

Finite element analysis per load case, electrical rule checks, fit checks and a written test plan. You get the inputs, so you can check our work.

Straight answers

Before you send a spec

We are new. We show our runs and files instead of claims.

Doesn't generative design make unbuildable shapes?

We set a minimum member size (density filtering) and a material fraction up front, and hand back interpreted CAD, not a raw density cloud. Our published study is 2D plane-stress; 3D hexahedral solves are in development.

I can buy the software myself.

Yes, and those tools are good. We sell the engineering outcome, so you don't need to learn and staff a tool. You get the part, the load-case table and the solver files, and you can rerun or audit them.

You have no track record.

True, we are new. So we show our own runs and files openly, and we start with one small, fixed-scope part.

Has it been physically tested?

Not yet. Every number on this site is labelled simulation. We deliver a test plan with each part (load cases, pass/fail, instrumentation) so the first physical test is set up correctly.

Who owns the design and my data?

Your spec and the resulting geometry are yours. Files are delivered, and confidentiality is in writing before any spec is shared.

Can you do medical or defense work?

Not today. We don't yet hold the quality system or controlled-data posture those programs need, and we say so up front.

Why one shop for structure and electronics?

Interfaces fail at hand-offs. One design graph holds the brackets, the boards and the wiring, so a change in one shows up in the others.

Send us a spec.

Envelope, mounting points, keep-outs, material and the loads it has to survive. A sketch and a few numbers are enough to start. We reply with what we can solve, what we need, and a first scope.
